The Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest is the only free standing Acute Rehabilitation Hospital in North Idaho. RHN is a 30 bed hospital, offering private rooms for all of its’ patients and specializes in care of individuals with amputation, stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury and orthopedic trauma or repair. The rehabilitation team consists of a rehabilitation physician, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapy, rehabilitation nursing, case management, respiratory therapist, pharmacist and dietitians. RHN has maintained being ranked in the top ten of all rehabilitation hospitals in the US since in opened in 2013. Our primary goal is to return each our patients home to independent living after their stay at RHN.
