An insightful webinar focusing on the journey of workforce development within Easterseals FL. Starting with Easterseals’ purpose and mission, Ayana Washington, Director of Workforce Development at Easterseals, will discuss the core values that drive our efforts towards achieving 100% equity, inclusion, and access for people with disabilities, families, and communities.

Ms. Washington will also discuss the essence of workforce development, and outline the comprehensive services offered. These community-based programs aim to empower individuals with disabilities and have created a path to the development of Easterseals’ workforce development team. Ms. Washington hopes to inform and highlight how skills training has resulted in vocational employment opportunities for program participants.
