UnityPoint Health – Dubuque strives to provide the best outcome for every patient, every time. Our services reach patients in the Tri-State area of Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin through Finley Hospital, UnityPoint Clinics and UnityPoint at Home. Our amputee services include extensive inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, along with offering a monthly Amputee Support Group. In addition, we work in partnership with the Amputee Coalition and our volunteer program to offer the Certified Peer Visitor Program to help patients adjust to their new lifestyle after being hospitalized for an amputation.
