Research Objective
ADAPT-MP, an adaptive, game-based modular software solution paired with an innovative hardware solution to support basic pre-prosthetic training utilizing a portable low-cost EMG sensor, will be assessed

To Participate, you need to be:

18 – 70 years old; current myoelectric prosthesis user; have had an amputation or are missing the limb at or above the wrist and below the elbow (transradial); have enough neurological and cognitive function to operate the prosthesis well, as determined by study personnel, and operate a mobile device (phone, tablet); are free of other medical conditions that could interfere with function of the prosthesis

$75 per visit, travel assistance may be considered for non-local participants.

Total commitment is 6 weeks of at-home training with 3 on-site visits. Visits 1 and 2 (1 hour, 3 weeks apart) consist of testing, surveys, and training exercises. Visit 3 will be the last day of testing and surveys.
