As a strategic communications consultant, Carol counsels Fortune 100 companies, national nonprofits and trade associations, and high-profile individuals on how they can advocate for change. Kendra Herbe r is an author, teacher, and model. She is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio and the University of Toledo. She and her husband, Bob, have two daughters, Gabriella and Eliza. Sarah Wall is a health educator in Roanoke, Virginia. She is a double amputee who also lost most of her fingers. She collaborated with Gerri Leder , the president of Ledermark Communications and Coaching, on her article. inMotion is published six times a year by the Amputee Coalition, 900 E.
