Connection 29 We are looking at 2021 as a year of hope … a year we can increase our connectivity with one another and look toward the future in a whole new way. We are excited about all the programs and offerings coming out of the Amputee Coalition for our community this year. And, we can’t wait to share news and stories with you like we do in every issue of inMotion and on the Amputee Coalition’s blog. The only thing we’re missing is a story from YOU ! We want to hear your stories. We want to know where you are on your limb loss or limb difference journey, and how you got there. What have been your ups and downs? What are those moments where you shouted, “YES! I got this!”? Or, the moments where you thought, “Ugh, not again!” Who has been your biggest cheerleader? What has been your motivation on your journey? Tell us everything! We want to include your story here in the magazine and on the Amputee Coalition blog. We want our readers to get to know you and the amazing human you are. Your story will help others feel less alone on their journey and will help us all feel more connected to one another. So, please send us your story, in 500-700 words (or more if you want), and include some photos of you with friends or family, or doing something you love.
