Here are the top tips to help you prepare:
Logging In to the Attendee Hub
Log in to the event by accessing the link below or by visiting the event website and selecting Already Registered? Log in now in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Accessing the App:
From your Mobile Phone or iPad download the app “Cvent Events”
- Open the add and search for the event “2021 National Conference”
- Click the download button to the right
- Go to the profile tab at the bottom >> Login with your First/Last Name & Email Address
- You will be prompted for your Verification Code which will be texted/emailed to you
Please note you will not be able to watch sessions on the app you have to log into the attendee hub to join sessions.
The only technical requirement to access educational sessions is an internet connection. Otherwise, the Zoom meeting app will be used for interactive experiences in the exhibits and consultations. We recommend downloading this in advance of the event, however, you will automatically be prompted to download upon entering a virtual exhibit booth for the first time (if not already on your computer). Please visit the Zoom download center for download and version information.
Add Sessions to Your Calendar
You can add sessions to your calendar by browsing all available session titles and descriptions within the ‘All Sessions’ tab. Tip: Make sure to save these times on your personal or work calendar (by selecting the ‘Add to Calendar’ button) and enabling reminders. Note: There is no limit to the number of guests who can attend each session.
Review the Exhibitors Tab
Whether you need to get answers to specific questions or simply want to explore all of the resources our exhibitors have to offer; you can visit with booth staff in our virtual exhibit booths throughout the event. You can view exhibitors within the ‘Exhibitors‘ tab.
