The Amputee Coalition’s National Limb Loss Resource Center® is excited to announce a new service for the limb loss and limb difference community.  Our new Community Events Portal is an online tool where individuals and organizations can post events that serve the limb loss and limb difference community. The Community Events Portal is open to individuals and organizations to add their events and meetings so that the community is aware of the opportunities to attend. The Events Portal will be moderated by National Limb Loss Resource Center staff to ensure the highest quality controls.

We couldn’t have known when we created this tool that we’d be where we are right now in the world.  We recognize that, given current COVID-19 circumstances, it is not advised to attend events or public gatherings.  In the meantime, we know many of you are planning online, telephone, and other virtual/video events, and we encourage you to add those to the Community Events Portal now so all of us in the limb loss and limb difference community can attend and support you! When restrictions are lifted, we look forward to seeing you flood the Community Events Portal with your in-person events and meetings.
