Power Hour Adaptive Virtual Workout with Adaptively Abled Fitness

Join Adaptively Abled Fitness (a program of Adaptively Abled Amputees) adaptive trainers Tim Morris and Melissa DeChellis for a weekly virtual adaptive workout on Zoom. Seated, kneeling, mat based, or standing…we will adapt the workout to your specific needs. Each workout lasts 1 hour and includes a warm-up & cool down in addition to a 30-40 adaptive workout focusing on body weight movements and exercises that only require minimal household items like towels, soup cans, gallon jugs, books, tote bags, etc. to add tension and weight to basic functional movements.
