ABC is the national certifying and accrediting body for the orthotic, prosthetic and pedorthic professions. Fundraising Events/DonationsThank you to the countless individuals who donate their time and efforts to help raise support for the youth camp. Each donation brings us closer to offering this program to more children every year. This year we have several organizations and individuals hosting events to help reach our goal of 100 campers.
I'm READY Ride – Scott Lane, John Jones, Mike Clark and others will be riding their bikes from Ohio to the National Conference in Kansas City, Missouri, to help raise funds for the youth camp. Doug Moore Charity Triathlon Otto Bock HealthCare is a Gold-level national sponsor of the Amputee Coalition. Each year, they host a fundraising event for their employees, which gives employees a chance to learn about the youth camp and contribute funds to send youths to camp. Otto Bock matches employee donations from multiple Otto Bock company locations. River Sports, a Knoxville, Tennessee-based outfitter, will donate proceeds from their Trail Running Series to the youth camp, and hosted an additional fundraiser during Limb Loss Awareness Month.
