Support from a local amputee group is not always available. The following are online communication resources for amputees, caregivers, friends and family members of amputees who would like to communicate with others via Internet forums or e-mail lists.

ACA Amputee Communicator Forum

amputee-coalition.org/npn_osg.html
The Amputee Coalition of America has set up this forum just for the amputee community as a safe, confidential place to share thoughts, feelings, wisdom, fears and triumphs. Access is carefully controlled. Once registered, amputees may go online and join the discussions or just hang back and observe unseen, learning from what others in the amputee community have to say.

The contents of the following sites are solely the responsibility of the authors and do not represent the official views of the ACA/NLLIC. Links are provided for information only. No ACA endorsement is implied.

As always, please use caution when sharing personal information with strangers over the Internet.
