If you receive a “no rooms available” message when you submit a reservation request, please try back again in a day or two. We are working to add more rooms!
Reservations are straight forward: one click lets you reserve, modify or cancel your reservation. If you are coming early or staying late, the conference rate may be available for up to three days before and after the conference. (The reservation tool will show availability.)
We have had a great response to early registration, and we recommend that you don’t wait to make hotel reservations. We currently have limited room availability for Saturday night and are working with the hotel to add more rooms for our attendees. If you have any questions or issues with availability, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.

Since many attendees will require ADA accessible rooms or shower chairs, the hotel reservation site has a “Additional Request” section.
You can request an ADA room by making a note in the Additional Request section. The Amputee Coalition and our Education and Conference Committee will assign ADA accessible rooms using standardized criteria to define those in greatest need of those rooms.
You can request that the hotel provide a shower chair by making a note in the Additional Request section of the reservation tool. Please indicate if you need a shower chair with a weight capacity greater than 300 pounds.
Your additional requests will be passed along to the Amputee Coalition Conference Managers to address. We will work hard to be sure you have the support needed to make the conference a positive experience for you!
