Additional Requests

Since many attendees will require ADA accessible rooms or shower chairs, the hotel reservation site has a “Additional Request” section.

ADA Room

You can request an ADA room by making a note in the Additional Request section. The Amputee Coalition and our Education and Conference Committee will assign ADA accessible rooms using standardized criteria to define those in greatest need of those rooms.

Shower Chairs

You can request that the hotel provide a shower chair by making a note in the Additional Request section of the reservation tool. Please indicate if you need a shower chair with a weight capacity greater than 300 pounds.

Your additional requests will be passed along to the Amputee Coalition Conference Managers to address. We will work hard to be sure you have the support needed to make the conference a positive experience for you!

In addition to reserving a hotel room, you will need to register to attend the conference, too.
