Living With Your Level of Limb Loss Sessions
Each session in this series is tailored to the unique needs of individuals with particular levels of, or experience with limb loss/difference. Each session will give an overview of rehabilitation issues and unique considerations for your level of limb loss, followed by ample time for discussion. Please bring your questions!

One Step at a Time Fitness
Adaptive workout challenge! Get a detailed workout plan that you’ll be able to use at home with minimal equipment; or take it to the next level at your local gym. Participants will learn basic nutrition, gain confidence to work out, and learn personal workouts with modifications depending on your level of amputation. All activity levels welcome!

Gait Analysis Clinic and Fall Prevention Workshop
Physical therapists work one-on-one with participants to evaluate their mobility. Receive hands-on education on proper muscle engagement to help improve your balance and walk with a smoother gait. Space is limited; clinic registration is available at the Amputee Coalition Information Booth.

First Swim
First Swim will introduce patients to swimming with their level of limb loss/difference. Participants with learn skills and activities to help them swim and stay active.

Registration for Walking and Mobility Enhancement Clinic
All participants attending the Walking and Mobility Enhancement Clinic and the Running and High Level Performance Clinic must check-in at the registration table for these events. Participants will need to check-in to receive their lunch ticket – lunch is only provided for clinic participants. This is also your last chance to register for the clinic.

**Participants should be able to stand unassisted for prolonged periods of time. If you are unable to meet this requirement, you are welcome to observe the clinic if space is available**

Össur Walking and Mobility Enhancement Clinic
Join our team of gait training professionals for a fun morning of learning to walk better and improving your general mobility. For 16 years, the Mobility Clinics have offered Amputee Coalition members and physical therapists the opportunity to learn how to improve prosthetic mobility. The session includes a walking assessment, balance training, and gait instruction.

Össur Running and High-Level Performance Clinic
Train with our team of professional sports and mobility coaches who will show you how to maximize prosthetic performance for high-level activities. This clinic is designed to promote running and mobility skills for sports and recreational activities to get you back in the game.  Be inspired and inspire others, while learning practical ways to move better with your prosthesis in a supportive and encouraging environment.
