This research study is being conducted by the FDA Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) and is accepting participants nationwide.
Participants will be asked to share their experiences, both positive and negative, with amputation and, if applicable, upper-limb prostheses. They will discuss new technology that may lead to better devices. Feedback will be shared with the research community, creating advanced upper-limb prostheses.
• No surgical procedures involved
• Specific to upper-limb amputees
• A single 1- to 2-hour conversation in-person or on the phone
