Make Your Voice Heard

There are just a few steps to writing your insurer – and you can chose to include your legislators, too!

  1. Select your insurer from the list below. If you don’t see their name, email us at
  2. Click the orange “Amplify Yourself” button
  3. Complete your contact information (we need it to identify the right insurance executives and legislators). Click the orange “Submit” button.
  4. Customize your letter. Add personal details, including how the care or device will make a difference in your life  — or the challenges not having it will create.

You can unselect any names you don’t want to include, and by clicking “Complete Message 2” you can customize a letter for your legislators, too!
