NEWS! We had a very successful hearing for both the Prosthetic Parity Act (Senate Bill 98 and House Bill 69) on February 13th. But now we are facing push back and the bills may not even get a committee vote. We need your help! WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP? We need you to make 4 phone calls. That's it. Easy, but it will make a big difference!! (two calls to the Senate and two calls to the House) Senate Finance --- this will make a big difference!!

Sample Phone Message: I am calling to urge Senator Middleton/Astle to support Senate Bill 98, the Prosthetic Parity Act, a bill to protect coverage for prosthetic care. This is an important piece of legislation for amputees in Health and Government Operations --- we need your help! Delegate Peter Hammen is the Chairman of the Health and Government Operations committee. He is a strong supporter. Delegate Heather Mizeur, is also on the committee. She is the lead sponsor. We need to convince the other committee members to support the bill!
