With just one click of your mouse, you can help the ACA determine the number of new amputees the ACA Web site reaches. If you are a new amputee, or a friend or family member of a new amputee, complete the user survey on the bottom left of the ACA home page (www.amputee-coalition.org).

The ACA defines a new amputee as someone who had an amputation or revision surgery or was born with a limb deficiency since September 2004.

For more information on how the ACA can assist you, please contact the ACA toll-free at 888/AMP-KNOW (888/267-5669) or email acainfo@amputee-coalition.org.
